Remember those leaves the girls were jumping in? It was finally time to pick them all up. 15 bags of them.
Now I have to figure out what we're supposed to do with them.

compost them, get grinds from a local coffee house, avoid putting all that into a gas guzzling system of pickup and bury/compost. Instead, build a simple frame out of wood that is used, untreated. Then compost for the winter ,and in the spring you will have stuff to add to a veggie garden that will produce food for many families. I know, this is exactly what I have done and it works wonders.
